LWC Yard Debris / Compost Collection Schedule
Yard Debris and Compost is collected weekly on Sunday & Monday mornings.
Each resident may leave up to 6 bags and/or branch bundles per week.
The branch bundles must be tied in bundles that can be picked up easily and weigh no more than 45 lbs.
All bags must be secured and weigh no more than 45 lbs.
Any bag or branch bundle weighing over 45 lbs. will not collected

Weed eating back service area and Innisfree ditches
Common area clearing in 2 Locations
• Morningwalk common in cul-de-sac completed
• Singing tree Gate house meadow path. Clear dead trees and brush to prepare for native plantings. Property bordering the Flanninghams. Used chipper for debris removal.
Chipper rental used in addition to FM Project in forest. Limb thinning in community roads and common. Cost savings by combining resources.
6 hours spent in Innisfree maintaining islands. Continue path this week, trimming ditch clearing.
Oversight of FM project with Viewfinders.
Identified and worked on future FM fire mitigation and tree projects.
Responded to water leak issue in ditch on Middenreach across from 260. Notified City public works. The leak seems to have been fixed.
Dead tree on walking path to south cove by steps reported by Bill Hubbard. Will contact Ed to take down at the same time he finishes the dead tree removal on the highway.

Special care should be taken while visiting the Cove to not allow dogs to run off leash, swim in the Cove or disturb wildlife in the area.
